  1. “We Solve”, is an organisation that provides an ecosystem for resolving disputes by way of alternative dispute resolution methods in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Before using our services, it is important that you carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions outlined below. 
  2. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder.
  3. The terms "we / us / our / platform/ We Solve", individually and collectively, refer to https:// www.wesolve-adr.org and the terms "you/your/ yourself / user" refer to any legal person or entity accessing the website/platform who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  4. By accessing or using our website/platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our privacy policy. 
  5. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website/platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our website after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

  1. REGISTRATION
  1. It Is upon You  (SUBSCRIBERS/ MEMBERS/ USERS) agree, confirm and declare by registering that You certify that all Information the You provide, now or In the Future, is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge.
  2. If you do not login on WeSolve website/platfrom for a continuous period of 120 days your registration may automatically get cancelled.
  3. WeSolve reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny you access to this website/ Platform or any portion thereof without notice for the following reasons:

(a) Immediately by for any unauthorized access or use by you;

(b) Immediately if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this agreement; 

(c) Immediately if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this user agreement;

By registering, you agree that you are knowingly sharing your personal information with us for the purpose of sharing with other SUBSCRIBERS/ MEMBERS/ USERS & COMMUNITY THAT IS BEING CREATED BY THE SUBSCRIBERS/ MEMBERS/ USERS and that you are aware that the said SUBSCRIBERS/ MEMBERS/ USERS chosen by you, shall use your contact details shared by us with them, to contact you for selling their legitimate products and services to you.
  1. LICENSE
  1. WeSolve hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to access WeSolve’s Website/Platform provided and expressly conditioned upon your agreement that all such access and use shall be governed by all the terms and conditions set forth in this user agreement.
  1. PAYMENT TERMS
  1. Payment for Services: We charge a fee for the use of our services. The fee will be based on the type and complexity of the dispute, as well as the number of parties involved. Payment must be made in advance at the time of commencement of the dispute resolution process.
  2. Payment Method: We accept payment by credit card/debit card/ RTGS/ NEFT/Bank Transfer. Payment must be made through our secure online payment system. We do not accept cash, cheques, or money orders.
  3. Refunds: We Solve does not offer refunds for services already rendered. 
  4. Disputed Charges: If you dispute any charge on your credit card or debit card statement, you must contact We Solve within 30 days of the date of the disputed charge. Failure to contact us within this time period will result in the charge being deemed valid.
  5. Late Payment: If payment is not received within the specified time period, We Solve reserves the right to suspend or terminate the dispute resolution process. Additionally, interest may be charged on any late payments at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a forum, you shall not do any of the following:

WeSolve expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express, oral, implied, statutory or otherwise, of any kind to the users and/or any third party, including any implied warranties of accuracy, timeliness, completeness, for a particular purpose, as well as any warranties  of title or non-infringement. In addition, WeSolve., in providing the information makes no endorsement of any nature. You agree that WeSolve (including its founders, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, group companies, agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not in any event be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use WeSolve’s website/platform for any purpose whatsoever. WeSolve and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall have no liability in tort, contract, or otherwise to the user and/or any third party.
  1. ADVERTISEMENTS
  1. The advertisements that you see displayed on WeSolve’s website/platform are delivered on our behalf by a third party.
  2. You have chosen the advertisers to whom your details will be referred. These parties are independent third parties and we have no control over their functioning.

We disclaim all liability and responsibility for the conduct of advertisers using our site to advertise their services. We are not responsible for the services advertised on this site. Users should carry out appropriate checks before engaging them for any services and be confident of their integrity and have proper contact details for the advertiser (not just their mobile number), if in doubt do not engage their services. We provide a disclaimer without exception towards all liability for all advertisements. Furthermore, no advertiser is an associate of ours and we do not act as an agent for any advertiser and where a dispute arises between parties, you undertake to resolve it independently of us and accept that we will not mediate any dispute between parties, unless expressly agreed upon.

By using the website and/or registering yourself at WeSolve or with its affiliate sites, you authorize us, our affiliates & our associate partners to contact you via email or phone call or instant messaging apps and offer you services for the product/ service you have opted for, imparting product knowledge, offer promotional offers running on the website and offers, provided by the associated third parties, for which reason for web aggregation, personally identifiable information may be collected as detailed below. Irrespective of the fact if you have also registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to give you a call from WeSolve and through its associate partners for the above-mentioned purposes.

Any communication that you make to our customer service help line on the numbers mention in the contact us section of the website/platform or calls made by our support desk may be monitored or recorded. This will help us to train our staff and improve our service to you. A recording will only be used under proper and careful supervision. Our customer service help line is available on the times notified in the contact us section of the website/platform and your telecom provider will charge you at local rates for calls made.  DATA PROTECTION

  1. Our aim at all times is to provide you with services to the best of our ability. However, if you are unhappy with our services for any reason, please contact our customer operations team by telephone numbers or email address provided in the contact us section of the website/platform.

J. SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired thereby, and this Agreement will be interpreted as if the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been included.


K. TERMINATION:

  1. This user agreement and the license rights granted hereunder shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated or cancelled for any of the following reasons: (a) immediately, for any unauthorized access or use by you; (b) immediately if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) of any rights granted to you under this agreement; (c) immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this user agreement. Termination or cancellation of this agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which WeSolve may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this user agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to WeSolve. Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this user agreement, the fee charged if any for access to WeSolve’s website/platform Is non-refundable for any reason, whatsoever.
    K. CONFLICTING TERMS:
  1. In case there is any conflict between this user agreement and other documents, this user agreement shall govern, whether such order or other documents is prior to or subsequent to this user agreement, or is signed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative or agent of WeSolve.
    L. JURISDICTION:
  1. The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian Law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website/platform and services offered by us. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation to this paragraph.
